How can we understand the dimensions of time and locate ourselves within it? The artist asks this question and understands trees and forests as ancestors from whom we can learn essential things about transformation, adaptation and resilience. In her video, she explores the migratory movements of Alpine spruce forests and the life cycles of a tree. The images are interwoven with a dense soundtrack and accompanied by a voiceover that speaks a text inspired by human and non-human perspectives and scientific and literary sources. (JI)<\/p>\n
